4. Usage Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Device information and technical diagnostics
  • Account information and preferences

Critical Applications Warning

The Software is not intended for use in life-critical applications, emergency services, medical diagnosis, legal proceedings, or other situations where transcription errors could result in harm, injury, or significant financial loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • LOSS OF DATA OR CONTENT
  • COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES

10.2 Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10.3 Basis of Bargain

You acknowledge that these limitations are an essential element of the agreement between us and that we would not provide the Software without these limitations.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this EULA at any time by:

  • Uninstalling the Software from all your devices
  • Canceling your subscription
  • Ceasing all use of the Software
  • Deleting your account

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate this EULA immediately if:
